Terms of Service

Effective date: May 28, 2026.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MAGA Prayer Group, an SMS subscription service operated by Thomas Patrick Griffiths (sole proprietor), 1716 Lafayette St, Scranton, PA 18504 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MAGA Prayer Group sends one daily prayer text message to subscribers each morning at 7:00am U.S. Eastern Time. Each message references a Bible verse and includes a short prayer. The service is available only to mobile phone numbers in the continental United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By subscribing, you confirm that the number belongs to you and that you have authority to opt it in to the recurring daily prayer text subscription.

3. Subscription, trial, and billing

• New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. We collect your payment method at signup but do not charge it during the trial period.
• At the end of the trial, your card is charged $5.99 USD per month, automatically, until you cancel.
• Subsequent monthly charges occur on the same day each month. If that date does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st in February), you will be charged on the last day of that month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
• Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. The fastest way is to reply STOP to any daily prayer text — your subscription is canceled and you receive a confirmation message immediately. You may also cancel by emailing support@maga-prayer-group.com. After cancellation you will not receive further messages or charges. Access to the service ends at the close of the billing period in which you canceled.

5. Refund policy

We offer a no-questions-asked refund for any charge if you request it within 30 days of that charge. Email support@maga-prayer-group.com from the email you used at signup, or include your phone number, and we will refund the most recent payment within 5 business days.

6. Content and conduct

The messages we send are pastoral and political in tone, written for a Christian conservative audience. They are not personal counseling or professional advice. If a message touches on subjects that affect your well-being, please consult an appropriate pastor, counselor, or professional.

You agree not to reply with abusive, threatening, or unlawful content, and not to use our service to send spam or harass others.

7. Intellectual property

The text of our daily messages, our website content, our brand name, and our logos are the property of Thomas Patrick Griffiths d/b/a MAGA Prayer Group. Bible verse references are in the public domain. You may share a daily message with friends and family for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not republish our content on a commercial platform without written permission.

8. Independence from political campaigns

MAGA Prayer Group is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by President Donald J. Trump, his campaign, the Republican Party, or any political action committee. We pray for our elected leaders as Scripture instructs, but we do not solicit or forward contributions to any campaign.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted SMS delivery; carriers occasionally delay or drop messages and we have no control over their networks.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by SMS or email before the change takes effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.
